These terms govern your use of the magtos.travel website and describe, in general form, the basis on which Meridian Arc Global LLC offers the MAGTOS software. Specific commercial terms are set in the License Terms and in any written agreement for your deployment.

This website

This site is provided for information and to begin a license purchase. We work to keep it accurate, but it is offered as-is, and product descriptions and availability may change as the product develops.

The software

MAGTOS is licensed software; our clients operate their own businesses on their own deployments of it. The rights and obligations that apply to a license are those set out in the License Terms and any accompanying agreement.

Honest description

We describe only capability that is real and deployed. Where a capability ships built and is activated with your own configuration, we say so; where a feature is on the roadmap, including any AI direction, we describe it as future and not as available. Nothing on this site is an AI availability claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The details at the foot of this page record the entity these terms are offered under.
