License Terms

These terms describe the single-business MAGTOS license. The specific rights, scope and any support arrangements for your deployment are confirmed in writing as part of your purchase and handover.

A one-time purchase

The single-business edition is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You own your infrastructure and you own your data. There is no per-seat tax and no landlord: the software runs on infrastructure you control, and it is an asset rather than a subscription treadmill.

Scope of the license

The single-business license covers one business operating on one instance, deployed on infrastructure you own. It is handover-oriented: once your instance is handed over, the business can run it without needing another developer.

A multi-tenant edition, for running many businesses on one platform, is a planned future edition and is not granted by this license.

Payment

You complete payment on the payment gateway or by verified bank wire. We never enter your card credentials and never charge a card on your behalf — the buyer always pays on the gateway.

The standard price is $1,998. A 50% introductory discount — promo code MAGTOS50, for $999 — is available to the first ten qualifying customers who complete payment; after the tenth qualifying purchase, the price is $1,998.

Provisioning and handover

A purchase begins provisioning and handover of your own private deployment. This is a guided setup, not an instant go-live; your instance is configured and handed over to you ready to operate.
